The director of the American Star Talent Competition is a bundle of energy by the name of Melissa Franklin. Her warm smile and winning ways have brought this High Point, North Carolina girl through a life- long career in the entertainment business in front of the stage curtain as a child gospel singer, on magazine covers as a model, traveling America in presenting and promoting talent searches, and to the back stage curtain as the General Manager of the new Jukebox Junction Theater in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As Executive Producer of the American Star Talent Competition, she looks forward to this competition giving contestants an opportunity to further their professional performing careers. |

Being a successful businessman hasnt dampened Frank Aumans passion for entertainment, Hes been an entertainer for 50 years. At the age of 17 Frank hosted his own live radio show Frank Auman Talent Time. When he was nineteen, he opened the Big Barn Dance in his hometown Asheboro, North Carolina and played on weekends with his band to pay his way through college. After college, Frank developed various successful businesses, but his love for the entertainment world gave him the opportunity to develop entertainment-related businesses. He is the past owner of the American Jukebox Theater show in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
Frank is also the past owner, executive producer and director of three nationally televised shows at the American Jukebox Theater in 2007. He also co-produced with Bluehighways TV show, Live From The Smokies 2006 at the theater. His expertise in entertainment has lead him to his latest position as Co-Chairman of Bluehighways Television Network in Nashville, Tennessee. Frank is also Executive Producer of the American Star Talent Competiton. Whatever the endeavor in the entertainment world that Frank decides to pursue, his passion for the business will insure its success.
